I'm having the exact same problem too. I used to work with JBoss 4 CR1 and I was using wsimport to generate annotated client stubs from a wsdl. Now I'm trying to use wstools wsdl-java to do the same thing but it generates JSR-109 clients and I cannot find a way to specify that I'd like to use annotation. In the doc Korg mentionned, I found that wsdl-java is said to do the following: "Element that denotes WSDL To Java annotated types (JDK5) or Service Endpoint Interface (JDK4) " but I can't find how to go the JDK5 way.
