It is hard to say what provokes it, nothing special is being done, usual EJB calls, may be quite intensive though.
This is JBoss 4.0.3SP1, JBossAOP-1.3.5, Sun's JDK 1.5.0_01-b08 As I understand simple workaround for the bug you've mentioned is to retry when createTempFile throws this exception? Pretty ugly, but may be it can be added until Sun fixes this problem?
