Shootz...It was my installation...Sorry Gavin! I damaged the seam installation by overwriting the build.properties and build.xml files with the beta2 versions. I had been using ant to filtercopy those two files into the seam installation so that it adapted to our server install dir and profile - I forgot to replace those files with the ones from the new version of seam.
