I finally understood the problem. The problem is that JBoss does not support JEE5, and since the enterprise app is JEE5, it does not work.
I went with Sun Application Server 9 and everything seems to be working when i call enterprise bean. However, I would like to thank all of JBoss, as you provided great customer service with your responses to my questions. When i create a new enterprise app in Netbeans 5.5, i get an option to choose JEE5. However the web part still uses servlet version 2.4 while the sun application server 9 uses servlet 2.5 Thanks again for the help.
