OK, that was it, the old cert was "bad" for whatever reason...haven't really figured out what went wrong there.
Anyhow, after creating the new cert everything just works!! I was able to use the basic setup (no cipher attribute, etc.) once the new cert was installed. Thanks a ton for your help & patience Scott!
