I have about 15 portlets in a page and I would like to know how I can decide organizing portlets. Basically I should be able to configure in object.xml to say what portlets goes first and what goes second in the screen from top. I know I can do it using management portlet however it stores in the database and currently we dont keep the database instance after portal is shutdown, no specific reason for that, just only for organizing portlets I don't want to start saving the database.
