Are you using JBossWS 1.0.0.GA or JBossWS 1.0.1.GA? If you are using JBossWS 1.0.1.GA you need to change the "jbossws.beans" zipped file. Inside, you will find under META-INF directory an XML where you should be changing the WebServicePort property.
