This problem has been discussed many times on the forums. I am not fluent in Italian, but from the exception trace in your log, it seems as the tables portal uses in your DB are not created during the first start up, which is normal. You start off with an empty table, and if you restart your portal, you'd notice the tables are already created and those problems disappear. Do post any other errors you see in subsequent restarts.
