Well, I am not sure about this problem!
It is happening to me for a very particular reason.
I have read JIRA notes and It seems that, we, users, are doing something wrong.
If i launch jboss 4.0.4-GA from the command prompt it seems to works very well.
On the other hand, if "evil users" launch it from a thing their call "console",
that is a C++ program that forks jboss as a child process, then it keeps going
down.

I would like to know what is wrong, but these "evil users" does not seem to be
very helpful. I would like to know if we can reproduce this behaviour by
forking the jboss from another process, and then try to call other signals like
SIGHUP, ...

if I am not wrong. The solution could be solved following this way.

if I am wrong, I don't know currently what to say
at least for now.
