I have the very same problem. I'm trying to get the CMP stuff for more than a week now from Flashline, without any success. I've contacted them as well, they answered one time, but no solution came yet.
Here, in Hungary quite a few people have VISA cards (the other accepted types mostly are not known at all), and I've tried two VISA cards from different hungarian banks, and Flashline's site only dumps an 'error has occured' crap when trying to place the order. Results: my development has been stuck completely for a week and there's no light at the end of the tunnel. I have 0 ideas how to buy that docs for $5, while it'd worth tenths the price for me at the moment.
