Hello,

It is possible. First you will have to deal with the ports (RMI, JNDI, ...)
in the jboss.jcml file.

Then, it *is* possible to use the same database by all jboss instances. In
this case, when using CMP for example, you need to use pessimistic row
locking by configuring your app jaws.conf file.

BTW, why numerous JBoss instances on the *same* machine? it is usually the
machine that crashes, not JBoss. What is your concern?
