Thanks. Though both of the two approaches seem to work in the end, each bean
produces an error message at deployment:
12:58:16,880 ERROR [EJB] Could not create JSR-77 EJB: test/TestHome
javax.management.MalformedObjectNameException: ObjectName: Name cannot be
null
at javax.management.ObjectName.<init>(ObjectName.java:90)
...
