Very true - the online doc right now says it's for 3.0, but hasn't been completely updated yet. Meanwhile it isn't right for 2.4.x anymore either. Core team members have said that 2.4.x is going to be around for a long time, I think it would behoove us to keep the documentation available, at least as a download. I _believe_ it is branched (or at least tagged) for the 2.4 branch (can't verify, sourceforge is down so I can't browse, behind a firewall, so I can't check through CVS client), so it shouldn't be difficult.
