One interesting part that might pertain to JBoss is: "...we have drafted a change to the JSPA that would require specification leads to provide no-cost access to the TCK implementations (without obligations for support) to qualified individuals, or not-for-profit or educational organizations engaged in efforts to create compatible implementations of JSRs."
