guys. jboss is a central piece of our infrastructure, and we would like to
keep recommending it to customers. it might be prudent not to piss all over
sun in the name of jboss. it certainly won't make certification happen any
quicker. i know that intellectual arrogance is hip in some way, but the
java community needs to pull together or we'll all be coding visual basic...
the problem you mention sounds serious. if you state your case clearly and
persistently, i'm sure sun will respond. 1.4 has been out in beta for a
while, why is this just being discovered now?

long live jboss, let's keep it above the belt.

Thread deadlock in class loader

|I have no idea whether these guys have ever reopened a bug after being
|bombed with comments?

I'll go in there and insult them in the name of jboss :)

|Maybe you should not mention Jboss to increase the chances of being not
|ignored ???

actually do the contrary.

TogetherSoft just ran a poll (http://www.togethercommunity.com) where they
ask
"what J2EE app server do you use for your enterprise development"
JBoss: 43%
BEA: 29%
IBM: 10%
everyone else 0-4%

the arrogance of the ignorant will never cease to amaze me... ignore them!
bombard the list with "ignoramus" and let SUN be SUN...

|May the source be with you,

we know you like the TM violation but "source" takes a TM in JBoss :)
