Hello,
Either
use Commit Option C (or B) for your entity beans.
And if
you want to keep your cached beans in-synch, you can use a distributed cache for
this.
Take a
look at the JBoss partners page for some tools doing this.
cheers,
Sacha

Objet : [JBoss-user] EJB Caching question? How can I keep the EJBs in sync with the database? Suppose if I update the database outside of the container (let us say through sql script) and want to reflect that change in the created EJBs, is there any pattern or known way of probagating the changes wihout bringing down and up the server.
Thanks in advance
