There is a feature request to add the ability to execute generic sql before and after deployment. This feature calls for a structure similar to the ant sql task. I suppose this could be expanded to generic scripting with the ibm scripting plugin. If you are interested in expanding this feature request, please add a comment to the feature at source forge.
