I did not mention it, but, if I ever implement this, I will surely
make some sort of user management, so that this feature is only
available for a restricted amount of time.

I do not understand completely what you mean.

As I plan to do it, the customer will have only a client application
and a mechanism (be it a direct connection from the swing app or over
an additional server) for connecting to the central server (JBoss
server B) at his machine.

The mechanism for connecting to the central server does NOT, of
course, include any EJBs of the application. They do lie at the
central server and their code is (at least I hope so :) ) hidden from
the customer.

So the customer will have only the swing app at his disposal. It is
useless without a functioning JBoss server including the EJBs.
