I take it from this that the option of deploying the .wsr file *should* work 
(this bug fix will make it work), and the option of deploying the web-
service.xml file does work (ie no deployment errors.

Does anybody know why the web servuce itself doesn't work after successful 
deployment of the web-service.xml ?
