Then try to find a solution at this level! If you TCP layer loose packets,
you have a problem. I am very suspicious with regard to your analysis.

This will not really solve your problem as you will not know if the
invocation has been performed on the server or not (maybe the invocation has
been sent, executed, the transaction has commit, but the result cannot be
sent back to the client)
