Although I haven´t yet made it through the spec, I can confirm that we already have slsb endpoints and external web service references. I unfortunately cannot promise any date when we will have the stuff spec-conform (would be kind of wrapper around the wsr/Axis-wsdd deployment, should be easy enough) because of heavy work-load.
