Absolutely, that's what the JMX management console is for. Depending on which JBoss version you are running, you access the management console in different ways. For the 2.4.x series, it's at http://yourservername:8082 by default - you can change the port number. For the 3.x series, it's at http://yourservername:8080/jmx-console.
