[JBoss-user] Hot Deploy (JBOSS 3.2)

JBOSS 3.2 doesn't appear to hot-deploy out of the box where JBOSS 2.4.x did.  Is there a server setting that controls this?  When I rebuild my app and drop the ear into the deployment directory, it doesn't appear that it is deploying the ear.  I am forced to restart the server for my changes to be in effect.   J.D.
