Perhaps this is obvious but the 1.4.1 build was created with the -target 1.3.1 switch was it not?

But it would have been built and tested against 1.4.1, right?  It was my understanding that this was the only point of offering any 1.4.1 releases because there are no code differences.  If I'm missing the point, please correct me or point me to something I can read about why 1.4.1 packages exist for some releases.
