[JBoss-user] Hibernate or ejb

Hi all,
I need an answer from you expert ones!
I'm currently using ejb-cmp to connect to my database, with a discrete 
success.
Now I see that many people are using Hibernate.
I'd like to know if there is some advant/disadv in Hibernate.
