[JBoss-user] run.bat vs. build run-jboss

What is the difference between executing build/build.bat run-jboss vs. 
build/output/jboss-3.0.6/bin/run.bat?

If I execute "build run-jboss", I get JBoss.NET web services.. if I execute 
"run" I do not, and if I execute "run -c all" then startup process bombs out.
