I have a .sar which deploys some datasource defs along with my EAR. The *-ds.xml definition is very clean, and I would like to use that approach inside the EAR. I am clearly misplacing the datasource def file because it doesn't get picked up and deployed. The datasource def deploys fine if I manually copy to my deployment directory, but it's not clear if it belongs in the ejb-jar, or the ear, or a differently constructed sar, etc.
What's the right way to deploy *-ds.xml-style datasource defs so they are automatically deployed as part of an EAR?
