It seems that very recently the dtd for validating jboss-web.xml file has
been removed from jboss website or moved to another location.
<!DOCTYPE jboss-web PUBLIC
"-//JBoss//DTD Web Application 2.3//EN"
"http://www.jboss.org/j2ee/dtd/jboss-web_3_0.dtd";>
This tag no longer finds the file under that url.
Does anyone know what the valid url is for the dtd file?
