I am having the following exception in my logs, which is actually hanging my application. The stack trace shows the following exception(pasted at the bottom of the mail). I am able to understand that passivate action is failing because of the DB connection.
I have two queries based on this:
1. I am not able to find out exactly in which bean the passivate action is failing, coz there no reference to my packages in the stack trace.
2. Generally do I have to specify the connection variable as 'null' in the ejbPassivate() methods? If so, can you please specify, why?
