"Are they much better than this one QuickStart-30x.pdf ?" A rhetorical question, I assume. The QS is, as frequently mentioned on the forums, a rat hole. As for the Admin and development guide, I found the examples very useful. The A&D guide itself has a a fair amount of theoretical information, which is interesting and sometimes useful, but if you want to do something which is not arcane, but is pretty specific, then I would say the organization of teh A&D guide is often misguided, since you have to wade through pages of expaining how things to find a little nugget telling you how to do something. Again, I like the explanations, but I think the organization could be better.
