Is it a clean shutdown or a core dump? Which environment are you running JBoss on?

Hi all,
I am using an application running together with JBoss, Tomcat and MySQL. The problem has lasted for some months. The JBoss is always not available every 2 - 3 hours so that I have to restart the whole application. Nowadays I am fixing the problem. I modified all timeout related time in JBoss and Tomcat folders to -1. It seems a bit better. However, this morning the JBoss disappeared again. :(
Have you ever got such a problem ? How to kill it? tia
