I don't think you can do that. Another free software based solution you might want to look into is linux virtual server. Supposedly it has an IP based loadbalancer that is uber efficient.

We already use LVS for another site, but it is not efficient in this case because this is intranet site and most of our clients use masquerading. Loadbalancing will be very ugly :-(
