I think there's some pretty serious misunderstanding going on here. What good is warming up a _stateless_ session bean? The moment the thing is released, you're going to have to warm up its replacement.
Sounds like what's needed here is an entity bean or MBean.
Of course, the misunderstanding could be on my end. :-)
Session beans are pooled and reused. However, there is a reason they are called "stateless". The container is free to do with them as it wishes, including discarding them, so you shouldn't implement any logic that depends on a pooled behavior.
