JBoss Group is pleased to announce that it has hired the project lead for JavaGroups, Bela Ban. If you don't already know, JavaGroups is the backbone for our clustering implementation and this hiring is a real coup for us. Bela's resume is impressive and his experience with fault tolerance is amazing. Having his expertise on payroll full time will greatly improve the JBoss project as a whole.
Besides working on JavaGroups full time, Bela is going to lead our caching efforts as well as help out with clustering and serverless, JavaGroups-based, JMS.
JavaGroups now comes under the JBoss Group umbrella and Bela will be providing professional services for JavaGroups as needed.
