Hi Scott,

AFAIR is the .tgz extension missleading for some OSses in using which decompressor. It could be better to use the good old .tar.gz, just have had the problem with macosx 10.2 and the non-GNU tar - beside the @LongLink phenomen of the normaly broken tar :)

Isn't it usefull to use the bzip2 for Unix-Archives, is it ??
