Appears to be as stable as 3.0 however we never found 3.0 to be unstable so it's difficult to say. We are using tomcat under 3.2 since JB seems to be herding the flock in that direction. One thing we noticed right away in 3.2 is that tomcat (jasper) pools tag libraries so you must ensure you are cleaning up local state in doEndTag if you have your own custom tags. No other changes required AFAIK.
