Perfect Alexey, thank you! I will use the dynamic query method for aggregate QL methods until EJB2.1 is finalized in JBoss. The testsuite gave a perfect example.

Define it in ejb-jar.xml and overwrite it in jbosscmp-jdbc.xml the same way as a finder query. You could also check the testsuite for cmp2/ejbselect.
