For anyone else reading this is the Apache Tomcat "HTTP Status 500 - No Context configured to process this request" error, not the Apache HTTPD "500 Internal Server Error", unless I am unaware of JBoss/Tomcat using that latter as well. Please be clear about which 500 error you get if you need help diagnosing problems.
