Getting the JSPs into the htdocs directory is doable, but the .htaccess would have no 
bearing on the JSP files.  They'd be served by Tomcat and not Apache.  Thus there'd be 
no real point to this.  You'll just have to learn how security/web access works in 
Tomcat.
