Edit the part: java:/DefaultDS <datasource-mapping>Hypersonic SQL</datasource-mapping> Replace it with: java:/myDS <datasource-mapping>PostgreSQL</datasource-mapping> Of course the datasource name should be same in your *-ds.xml file.
