If you cannot figure it out using cut and paste, I suggest you buy the docs.
All the queues in jbossmq-destinations-service.xml are for the testsuite and server as examples. You can remove them. There is no requirement to put queue definitions in this file, e.g. you could add a myqueue-service.xml to your ejb jar. Make sure you configure any relevent security and also update conf/jbossmq-state.xml as required.
