I can't think of anything to help, sorry.

Double-check the permissions for the JBoss folder and its subfolders, to make sure 
that JBoss, running under Eclipse, can create and delete files in them.

If not, maybe there is a difference between the Classpath you use in Eclipse and the 
Classpath that JBoss uses when you start it by itself.
