Adrian was right on the money for this one. By settting: MaxUserPort with a decimal value of 20000 TcpTimedWaitDelay with a decimal value of 20
Under: My Computer --> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SYSTEM --> ControlSet001 -->Services --> Tcpip --> Parameters All the problems went away. Thanks!
