I completely agree that having the forums post messages to the list is much
easier then polling the website for new posts. My point simply was that it
would have been the appropriate thing to do for all of us involved to have
completed the circle of integration and not to just suggest or imply that
the more active code contributors like it so the rest of you can either
pound sand or fix it yourself. I am glad to see (as Scott pointed out) that
an effort is underway to provide two way communication.

I certainly realize that you guys work hard to build a free product and
support to the JBoss user base. People like yourself, Adrian, Scott, and
others typically provide excellent support to the many questions that are
asked on a daily basis, mine included. I for one greatly appreciate the
pro-active approach all of you take in supporting JBoss. Many of us also do
what we can with the time we have to answer questions of other JBoss users
as well.

What I hope you realize is that many of us don't have the time to get
involved with contributing to the coding of JBoss and all it's ancillary
systems. Many of us are extremely busy building systems for the companies
that provide us an income. We as USERS of JBoss do however contribute to
the cause by purchasing documentation, training, and also providing you guys
with free promotion not only within our own companies we work for but in
outside companies as well.

Dustin
