Do you use ant?

Then putting

 * @jboss-net.authentication
 *   domain="openbroad"
 *   validate-unauthenticated-calls="true"
 *
 * @jboss-net.authorization
 *   domain="openbroad"

in your (Webservice) Session Bean should do the job, which means it puts the 
corresponding entry in webservice.xml
