Further investigation appears to indicate that the statement: CREATE TABLE nuke_sections ( pn_secid INTEGER NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY, pn_secname VARCHAR(40) DEFAULT '' NOT NULL, pn_image VARCHAR(50) DEFAULT '' NOT NULL );
incorrectly names the column pn_image instead of pn_secimage based on the names of the other columns in the table (and the INSERT statement that would not work).
