The look and feel and set up of the website involving creating a new theme (your-own-theme.sar) and setting the blocks to where you want or what blocks to show. Actually, you don't have to create a new theme if you don't want. You can just edit the theme.html, style.css, add your own images, javascript, etc., of an existing theme in the nukes. The reason I create my own theme is that is easy for me to edit the theme and redeploy it without having to redeploy the whole nukes. If you decide to create your own theme, your theme.sar should have the same structure as the existing one integrated in nukes core module.
