I just downloaded 3.2.5, and while running through the quick start, came across the same failure. I found a servlet.jar file under:
$JBOSS_HOME/docs/examples/tomcat/jbossweb-tomcat41.sar Once I pointed to this dir in jboss-build.xml, it worked fine. An 'examples' directory seems like a strange place to put servlet.jar though. I would have expected $JBOSS_HOME/lib or something.
