Yes. You can access JNDI over HTTP. jndi.properties should look like:

  | java.naming.factory.initial=org.jboss.naming.HttpNamingContextFactory
  | java.naming.provider.url=http://www.yourserver.com:8080/invoker/JNDIFactory (or 
JMXInvokerServlet?)
  | java.naming.factory.url.pkgs=org.jboss.naming:org.jnp.interfaces
