I tried to access the free online documentation. I keep getting the following message:
Only "MemberPlus" users have access to the online documentation.
To become a "MemberPlus" user, fill out the appropriate section under the "My
Account" area of the "Member Menu".
I have entered all the necessary information in the "MemberPlus" section to my
knowledge. Any help would be appreciated.
